Hayton Farm

With this grade 2 listed building our ambition was to retain as much of the original barn as possible and connect the new building with the old. A lean-to cloister building creates an inside, outside connection between the separate spaces of the original barn – and the new extension follows the landscape down the hill to the surrounding fields whilst simultaneously enclosing the property to create a central transitional courtyard.
